On Alibaba, Amazon and Temu, a product may look perfect in the photo. When the parcel arrives, the reality can be quite different. It’s annoying when it’s just a few hundred kronor. When the investment involves an industrial machine costing hundreds of thousands or millions of kronor, the same sort of mistake can be devastating.
